Refunds, Shipping & Digital Product Policy

What's your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital products and educational materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the specific product sales page.
Digital products cannot be returned once they have been delivered or accessed. Unlike physical products, digital goods cannot be recovered once downloaded or consumed.
For this reason:
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted for digital products after purchase.
Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
How can I access my digital downloads?
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital files in two ways:

Through your customer account dashboard

Through a download link sent to your email
Please check all email folders including:

Promotions
-
Spam
-
Junk
-
Trash
Some email providers automatically place automated download emails into promotional or spam folders.

Where's my order?
For physical product orders, once your package has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
After the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery.
Business of Paper is not responsible for:

delays caused by the shipping carrier

lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
-
delivery issues occurring after the carrier has accepted the shipment
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
We currently ship orders using USPS.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address includes all necessary details such as:

building numbers

lot numbers

access instructions
Incomplete addresses may result in delivery issues.
Are digital products shipped?
All digital products sold by Business of Paper are delivered electronically.
Digital products are not shipped in physical format.
Customers may print downloadable PDF materials for personal use.
All digital content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:

reselling digital materials

redistributing files
-
sharing download links
-
reproducing or republishing Business of Paper materials
Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.
Can I write on my Business Blueprint cover?
The Business Blueprint planner cover is designed with a pink fabric material.
The cover may be written on, but is not intended for erasing.
If you wish to apply fragrance to the cover, we recommend lightly misting perfume from a distance to avoid staining the fabric.
Testing a small area first is recommended.
Do you have a final sale policy?
All purchases made through Business of Paper are considered final sale.
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
